2021: Implementation of MDM-Tender.Pro solution in Transmashholding JSC
The purpose of the project:
- Normalization of the items of the combined reference books of commodity and material values, in accordance with the requirement of the unified procedure for processing NSI of the two companies of the Customer, as well as GOSTs and other regulatory and technical documents.
- Reclassification of positions from disparate local classifiers in a single classifier.
Results:
- Normalization of 67,100 items of the MTP reference book (material and technical resources) was carried out.
- The necessary information has been added to the attributes of the reference items.
- Fixed errors in records.
- Classification of the corresponding groups of materials in a single classifier was carried out.
- Duplicate records identified.
- Records not subject to normalization have been identified.
