2023: Transition to the LDCS ORS platform

The management company "Airports of Regions" announced the transfer of airports under its management to the domestic platform ORS LDCS. ORS (ORS) announced this on January 16, 2024. Airports in Yekaterinburg, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Rostov-on-Don, Novy Urengoy, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Blagoveshchensk, Orenburg and Tobolsk began to use the Russian ORS LDCS platform. The transition to this platform is due to the desire of Airports of the Regions to continue to increase the level of customer orientation and comfort for travelers.

The platform allows airports to comprehensively manage the information flow of passenger and luggage data from the check-in desk to boarding, interact conveniently with airlines, and effectively sell additional services to increase revenues. It enables airports to effectively interact with both Russian and foreign air carriers thanks to the support of IATA standards. By integrating with AODB and BRS systems, as well as the ARCute ORS common access platform, LDCS will ensure uninterrupted operation and easy communication between all airport systems.

ORS LDCS - a high-performance system with an intuitive interface - will increase the speed of check-in of passengers at our airports, including due to the fact that for everyone, even non-standard operations, simple and understandable actions are performed in the system. We are convinced that with the use of this system we will increase the level of client service, "said Vladimir Kulikov, director of production and quality at Airports of Regions.
