The solution is based on IKSAR, a domestic software platform for implementing various scenarios to support the work of production personnel and, so-called, "field employees" in industrial AR glasses.

This solution includes many end-to-end digital technologies, such as: data technologies, virtual and augmented reality technologies, neurotechnology and artificial intelligence technologies, etc.

The equipment allows the employee to receive graphical step-by-step guides to the action, identify the equipment by various labels, performing operations with free hands, fill in control parameters and checklists with voice commands, as well as carry out photos, videos and audio recording of the fact of the work performed. The solution also allows you to translate audio messages into text. This allows you to increase the detail of the final report on the work performed.

In the presence of communication, the system allows making calls in the mode of individual and group video conferencing (VKS) with remote experts. This approach allows you to see the situation on the spot in the first person and instruct production personnel in a timely and complete manner, or carry out a remote inspection.

As part of the first stage of the introduction of AR glasses at the enterprise, seven services were involved at the production site in the Bauntovsky Evenki district and at the rail base in the Trans-Baikal Territory. You have set up 12 work scenarios for employees. More than 100 people took training seminars.

In 2024, Khiagda plans to implement the second stage of the project with an expansion of the number of application scenarios, and will also study the possibility of connecting machine vision and artificial intelligence technologies.
