System implementation of the corporate reporting of Infor FMS SunSystems in Courtyard by Marriott St hotel is complete . Petersburg Center West Pushkin Hotel. Project implementation was enabled by LLP Group company.

Need

The Marriott hotel opened in 2010 required system conversions within accepted standards of the company. The main need for system implementation of Infor consisted in observance of corporate regulations of accounting of documents and also in their compliance with the Russian system of accounting. Part in implementation was taken by both the European, and Russian divisions of the company.

The following tasks were set for consultants:

• in the shortest possible time to implement and configure a system,
• integrate the application with the front office software of hotel,
• configure the local and corporate reporting.

Project Implementation

According to the corporate standard, the solution Infor FMS SunSystems and the Infor PM Q&A generator (Vision) was selected. Main advantages of a system:

• existence of the uniform Ledger
• compliance to foreign and Russian standards of the reporting
• opportunities wide analytically
• flexible interface
• multicurrency and multilingual capability

Results

According to the results of the project, consultants of LLP Group adjust sales process, management accounting, the Russian reporting is automated, integration into the front office software of hotel is carried out. Also the functionality of the uniform Ledger was implemented that allowed to receive the general analytical space. Process of data exchange between bases of local and corporate accounting is automated. The purchase ledger, the sales ledger and the cash-book were configured.

Integration of a system took less than two months.
