Content

The company the Engineering center "Energoauditkontrol" completed the project of creation of the automated information measuring system of commercial accounting of energy resources (AIIS KUER) in the residential objects belonging to Druzhba-Monolit Group.

Solution

According to the project, "smart" counters one of apartment apartment houses in the residential district Oaklets of the Odintsovo district is equipped. The complex of works is carried out, beginning from preproject inspection, development and approval of detail designs, acquisition and supply of equipment, before installation and commissioning. As an automation object the customer selected 12 floor house.

Implementation

In the house electric power counters and also counters of a hot and cold water are installed. Under the M-bus protocol data from metering devices arrive on the hub then using the GSM modem are transferred to the server of the engineering center "Energoauditkontrol". From there are data, in the form of the report approved with the customer, come to dispatching office of condominium in Odintsovo.

Objectives

Purpose of AIIS KUER of the equipped house — ensuring apartment accounting of consumption of electrical energy and also a hot and cold water. A system allows management company as to service provider of housing and public utilities precisely to consider consumption of energy resources. As for consumption of electricity, UK has an opportunity to exercise control of parameters of quality of electrical energy, including fixing of time and duration of shutdown of power supply, an exit out of the allowable limits of mains voltage, frequency and other indicators.

Briefly about a system

A system allows to perform bidirectional contact with metering devices and to automate all settlings with subscribers, to set restrictions of the maximum power consumption for management of consumption and decrease in loading of network in peak hours, to make automatic self-registration of new metering devices in network. System management is exercised using software of the top level (RDM) of own development which allows to keep multitariff account - 4 rates with 10 switchings between charging zones in day, provides the highest level of data protection using 128-bit enciphering and also warns the manager about attempts of unauthorized access, for example, opening of a cabinet and other critical events.
