Project objective

The main task of the implementation of AKAM: The TENDERING module for 1C:CRM was: automation receipt of information about the tender; flexible setting up of a system of alerts on key events to facilitate the work of employees of the tender department; development of reports to assess the profitability of the tender.

Works performed

As part of the implementation, the following works were performed:

• automatic loading of tenders by filters,
• implemented integration with the Headway tender platform.

Headway is a tender procurement monitoring service in the pharmaceutical industry.

The main advantages of the service:

• 24-hour tracking of new tenders throughout, to the country
• data monitoring is carried out at 80 + sites,
• internal directories are formed on the basis of WHO, GRLS, VED.

Integration allows you to automatically upload bids to the CRM system for further study.

Data that could be imported:

• register number of the notice,
• procurement names,
• organizer,
• TIN of the organizer,
• customer,
• region,
• delivery method,
• purchasing status,
• date of tender publication,
• the start date of the application,
• the end date of the application,

date of consideration of applications,

• date of the auction,

• the amount of security for the contract,

Pharmaceutical products have a number of specific characteristics: INN, lek. form, dosage, etc. For this, a new interface was developed.

Added the ability for each item to specify its own item or select a supplier, indicating the supplier's price and calculating the purchase cost, taking into account the discount for the supplier's item

Implementation results

Integration with Headway was implemented, which made it possible to reduce the time for creating tenders within 1C several times. All tender information is located on the desktop, which allows you to conveniently manage your working time. Tender department employees are always aware of key events without additional date monitoring. For each tender, it became possible to calculate prices for products individually.
