2023: Creation of the EDMS
CorpSoft24 specialists have completed the project of introducing an electronic document management system based on 1C: Document Flow of 8 CORP in the pharmaceutical company Pierre Fabre. The company CorpSoft24 announced this on January 23, 2024.
Pierre Fabre LLC is engaged in the promotion and sale of dermocosmetic products and drugs. The company decided to implement the 1C platform for automating the processes of document management, accounting services, as well as the operation of the electronic archive.
CorpSoft24 was selected as the implementation partner for 1C: Document Flow 8 KORP. The company's specialists performed a set of works: setting up the EDM module and forming the EDMS database based on incoming electronic documents, as well as delimiting access rights to types of documents.
In addition, the processes for approving, signing, processing and storing incoming accounting documents and requests for payment were automated. The matrix of financial powers for approval and signing of documents has been introduced, functionality for mass creation of accounts has been developed and other necessary actions have been taken.
EDMS was integrated with "1C: Enterprise Accounting" and "1C: Payroll and Personnel Management 8 KOP."
We managed to solve important tasks for customers. Now the company can control the deadlines for incoming accounting documents, minimize potential errors in documents using the financial authorization matrix. Duplicates are excluded, and the necessary documents are now searched much faster. I am sure that the economic effect of the implementation will be tangible, - said Konstantin Kryzhanovsky, head of the 1C CorpSoft24 support department. |
The 1C: KORP Document Flow system at Pierre Fabre was put into commercial operation, 20 workplaces were automated.
According to Konstantin Kryzhanovsky, thanks to the project, the company reduced the processing time of incoming financial documentation, simplified control of electronic document management, increased the level of performing discipline, and reduced the timing of approval. A single repository of documents with access delimitation was also organized.
