The Hyatt company — the global supplier of hotel services — enacted the solution WFM Workbrain in the form of the general system for more than 40,000 employees working in more than 110 hotels in North America. The new solution for personnel management allows Hyatt company to make quicker reports on the cost of work and to automate processing of the requests and charges which were earlier executed manually.
The Workbrain system allowed to automate a set of processes in Hyatt in the field of salary payment, processing of requests for compensatory leaves and corrections for the expired periods. Thanks to the Workbrain application the staff of hotels can use self service features, including accounting of the fulfilled hours and submission of requests for compensatory leaves. The companies using the solutions Infor WFM Workbrain managed to raise the net profit on 15-40 of basis points; reduce work cost by 6% and reduce the amount of time spent for accomplishment of administrative tasks by the whole 60%.
