Moscow Art Theatre (BIT-AVROBUS: Teaching department)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed implementation of the program "BIT-AVROBUS: A teaching department" in VPO FSEI "Moscow Art Theatre School studio". According to the results of the project time for accounting of progress of students, formation of sheets of certification, recertification and attendance, examination sheets, cards of students was considerably reduced. Besides, online access to data on pupils is provided: personal data, data on education, formation of orders, academic and working plan.

Earlier in university accounting of curricula and personal records of students, formation of orders and references it was conducted manually that took away a lot of time. For the management it was important to reduce time for accounting of progress of students, formation of the academic and working plans, to have continuous access to base of all students.

For automation of work of educational process the product "was selected by BIT-AVROBUS: The teaching department" as the solution as much as possible answers the purposes of the client and has the affordable price of implementation. After market research of the IT companies the office "AVROBUS" of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it works with educational institutions since 1999 was selected and has a number of the developments for automation of work of university.

The following tasks were automated:

• Maintaining curricula;
• Formation and storage of personal records of students;
• Formation of the academic and working curricula;
• Accounting of progress of students (registration of estimates on disciplines, formation of sheets, rating assessment of knowledge);
• Formation of the orders regulating learning process (about transfer, assignment, transfer, the approval by that course and theses, etc.);
• Formation and printing of references on the student (including the academic reference, an educational card in form No. 13/14), forms of the diploma and the annex to the diploma;
• Obtaining the reporting in different cuts: students, faculties, forms and terms of training, academic years, groups, specialties, specializations, disciplines, estimates, etc.

The project is implemented within 4 months, 6 jobs in a teaching department and dean's offices were automated.

Project Results:

• Several times the term of formation of the academic curriculum, printed forms of the academic curriculum, disciplines on departments, filling of the working curriculum decreased.
• It was considerably reduced time for registration of estimates of students, rating assessment of knowledge, formation of sheets of certification and recertification, attendance, examination sheets and cards of students.
• Online access to information on pupils is provided: personal data, data on education and progress.
• It was practically succeeded to avoid errors in reflection of data on educational process.
