In federal network of technical cargo car centers Track of the Center began the project of development of a corporate system of management based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and the solution for PlanDesigner budgeting.

Quite recently in commercial department of the company the implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics CRM came to the end. The new project on creation of the ERP system is designed to support strategic plans of development of the company in increase in number of the regional centers up to 25 by 2010. As well as in a case with CRM ситемой, the NORBIT company will be engaged in implementation of the project.

It is supposed that the functional structure of a corporate information system will include automated management of stocks and a warehouse, settlings with clients and suppliers, service maintenance of special equipment and also summary requirements planning in spare parts.

Logistic and financial circuits are going to be implemented within standard functionality. Completions of a system should concern only industry specifics of management of service repairs, including automation of a contract work, processing of warranty requirements, accounting of repair work and labor costs, write-off of spare parts and maintaining client debts.

According to project plans, the budgeting system should be developed and implemented by the end of 2008, and completely start of a corporate system of management is planned for fall of next year. It is supposed that in a system about 70 employees of the company will work. Within the current ERP system project it has to be also integrated with a corporate CRM system and the budget PlanDesigner system.
