The specialists of the company LLC "Institute of Model Solutions" comprehensively automated the work of the production enterprise JSC "NPK Median-Filter." Cost management is optimized, and the cost of production and project work is accurately calculated. The management promptly monitors the work of the units. Obtaining real cost data allows you to make the right decisions about the allocation of resources of the organization, which in turn leads to an increase in the profitability of projects.

NPK Median-Filter is the Russian scientifically a production enterprise specializing in the development and creation of systems for water treatment and water treatment. The enterprise carries out a full cycle of design of technological solutions and equipment, including research, design, production, installation, commissioning, maintenance.

The company's customers are production enterprises of various industries, including plants of the chemical and food industries, as well as pharmaceutical laboratories, TPPs, infrastructure facilities. A significant part of the work of the NPK Median-Filter is design work. To ensure the required level of profitability of each project, it is necessary to accurately calculate the planned cost, take into account the costs in the project, and analyze the planned and actual results.

Previously, the company used an outdated information system for operational management. The regulated accounting was kept in a separate database "1C: Accounting."

The company needs an information system that would allow us to combine the work of the divisions, strengthen control over costs, and ensure accurate calculation of production costs with the required detail for products and projects. In addition, it was supposed to optimize customer relationship management.

To solve the tasks, the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management system was chosen.

Organizational preparation for the transition project: 1CERP lasted about 1 year, the active implementation phase with the participation of Institute of Model Solutions was carried out within one functional phase of 6 months. In total, about 150 jobs have been automated.

Key project results:

  • The implemented system combined the work of production units, sales, supply desk and warehouses. Convenient and visual management reporting is generated more quickly, contains consolidated data on the five main legal entities of the group and allows you to analyze the financial results of projects with the required detail.
  • It became possible to accurately calculate the cost of work on projects. This helps management to respond to changes in the course of project work in a timely manner and make the right management decisions, including taking measures to reduce cost variances. Thanks to the possibility of improving the manageability of projects, their profitability has increased.
  • The efficiency and quality of interactions with the company's clients has increased: the system maintains a history of relationships, contacts are taken into account and controlled according to the scheduled dates, accurate calculation of quotations allows you to offer the most competitive and profitable cost of the project. This helps the company increase customer loyalty and attract new zippers.
  • Production management is automated. The system allows you to take into account the output of products in a timely manner and accurately calculate its cost. For ordered products, material requirements are promptly translated into the purchase order, materials and components are delivered to the warehouse, reserved and transferred further to the assembly in the required volume exactly on time, including taking into account current and reliable data on current balances.
