In the Barnaul Diocese of Russian Orthodox Church the basic decision on workflow automation at the end of 2009 was made.

Implementation

In the project progress on workflow automation, in the Barnaul Diocese the complex of actions including inspection of technology processes of work with documents, setup of reference books according to structure of the organization, installation and a software setup in workplaces is held.

Result

As a result, accounting of the entering, outgoing and internal documents of the Diocese was automated and the storage of electronic images of documents is organized that gives opportunities of quick search and almost instant access to necessary information. Processes of issue of instructions and control of their execution are also automated. Jobs of a system were set in a reception, in office and typing pool.
