There passed enough time to state success of the project on Ultima ERP system implementation in Hands from Shoulders company - leading company in the field of rendering computer services and repair of the hi-tech equipment. The number of active users - 70. Project implementation term – 5 months. Within the project all key processes of the company were automated: processing of incoming calls and addresses from the website, stationary repair, exit repair, logistics. Instruments of control and balancing of multi-stage processing of a flow of client orders are successfully used.
