Airplane plus: Mobile realtor application for proptech corporation

This is a mobile CRM for realtors, where you can add customers, create and conduct transactions, conduct online document management, select real estate objects and add new objects to the database, as well as publish on the sites of Cian.ru, DomClick, Avito and others.

Application functions:

  • Search for objects from external bases (Cian, DomClick, Avito, etc.) and from the Aircraft Plus base using various filters
  • The ability to select a city area on the map for a more targeted search
  • Assign customer appointments for apartment screenings, create tasks for each customer
  • Online document flow with the client through the application

Add Online Offer Signing Opportunity

For the first time in the real estate market, the developers of the Nord Clan have implemented the possibility of online signing of an offer through a mobile application. The document flow in the work of the realtor with a client in the Airplane company has become easier: you can sign the document directly in the agent's personal account, speeding up the execution of the transaction.

Updating the User's Home Screen

Frontend team Nord Clan completely redesigned the main screen of the application: removed unnecessary elements and improved the user experience.

Added the opportunity for realtors: the agent can share his profile in one click using a.vcf file, which can be sent in any messenger on a mobile device or by mail to the client. By running this file on the device, a realtor contact will be added to the client contact book.

Realtor profile contains image and contact data of realtor, location of office, data of manager. Plus, from the profile you can go to the screen with a mortgage calculator for calculating mortgages. This helps to increase the contact base faster.

You have created the ability to assign an object display through the application

This functionality has not previously been implemented in any real estate selection application, the Nord Clan has developed this solution from scratch.

The agent selects a client from the application or from the phone book of his smartphone. Next, selects the real estate object to display, date, and time.

Improving the codebase

After analyzing the existing application, the Nord Clan team proposed improving the code base to speed up the development process in order to pay more attention to product tasks in the future.

Reduced most of the technical debt on the project architecture, switched from MVC to VIPER architecture in new modules.

The transition to a clean architecture solved problems with data transfer within the application, the problem with event subscriptions and routing in the application was fixed, as a result of which there were fewer errors after testing.

We refactored the code and switched to DTO and VO models for new flows in the application, refactored the main coordinators, carried out the network layer and logic into the modules, leaving only navigation and storage of stats in the coordinator.

Result

Now the realtor easily manages meetings through the application: each show is associated with an object from the base and with a client who is interested in buying. Inside the application, you can set tasks for transactions, as well as work with the current object base.

The productivity of realtors has increased: they can work in a program with a large number of customers and at the same time do not miss the status of each transaction.
