2024: Presentation of the SystemePLC Distributed I/O System IO200

The Russian company Systeme Electric, a manufacturer of complex solutions in the field of electricity distribution and automation, on February 2, 2024 announced the launch of the SystemePLC IO200 distributed input/output system, which is designed to collect, process and transmit signals to the control controller via a communication network.

SystemePLC IO200 is a scalable system that allows you to flexibly select the required number and type of signals for controlling process equipment and automation systems. It provides a high level of performance in combination with the control controller of any manufacturer.

SystemePLC IO200 consists of interconnected I/O islands. Each island includes a media module, various I/O modules, as well as function modules, if necessary. One island can contain up to 32 modules (up to 1024 signals). They can be freely combined depending on the desired configuration.

Information is transmitted to the upper-level controller by one of the communication networks, depending on the type of communication module of each island.

SystemePLC IO200 includes communication modules for the following communication protocols: Modbus RTU, CANopen, Profibus DP, which support this type of network topology "Bus"; as well as Ethernet IP Profinet, EtherCAT and Modbus TCP, which support the Ring, Star and Bus types.

The offer includes various discrete (8, 16, 32 channel) and analog (4 and 8 channel) I/O modules. The Modbus RTU Master communication module allows you to control additional peripherals.

In addition, SystemeIO Config Tool software is free to create and load the I/O Island configuration.
