2024: Equipping with digital services of the campus in Ufa

The head Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and Prime Minister Governments of the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrei Nazarov in Ufa opened the first stage of the Intercollegiate Student Campus of the World-Class Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center (REC), and the day before video conference the President launched the IQ Park. Russia Vladimir Putin Sitronics announced this on February 2, 2024.

The campus was built within the framework of the federal project "Creation of a network of modern campuses" and the national project "Science and universities," and is the center for the development of science, interdisciplinary formations and creative industries of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

To digitalize the Campus, Sitronics Group has introduced a set of digital services with the support of a working group under the supervision of the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Digital services include a number of hardware and software systems (PAC). One of them - PAC "Digital Operation of the Campus" is designed to automate processes and ensure the continuous operation of real estate and production facilities using information modeling technologies.

It provides information and analytical support for organizational and technological processes of operation, solves the problem of optimizing the cost of technical support for premises and equipment, allows you to build a transparent process for organizing maintenance and repair work without reducing the level of reliability, planning resources and stocks of materials, consolidate information about the equipment used throughout the life cycle, monitor budget execution, provide analytical reporting for management decisions.

PAC "Unified Information Environment of the Campus" to form and scale the digital scientific and educational environment. The public part presents campus participants and reflects the effect of synergy from the interaction of education, science and business. Users are given access to digital services: managing content and reference information about campus activities, maintaining a range of scientific equipment and other campus infrastructure facilities, viewing the schedule of academic events and forming events for campus residents, and submitting applications for services.

PAC "Interactive Campus Map" provides a navigation and information service designed to guide and inform people on campus premises and surrounding areas. The service allows you to lay routes on campus and receive reference information about infrastructure and residents.

Our solutions in the project of the Intercollegiate Student Campus of the Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center in Ufa can form the basis of the standard for the digitalization of campuses. When implementing solutions, we focused on the real needs of students, teaching and administrative personnel.
