2024: Alexander Maslyakov Jr. became the 100% owner of AMiK

Alexander Maslyakov Jr. became the sole owner of the Alexander Maslyakov and Company television association (TTO AMiK, owner of KVN), which is engaged in the production of the humorous program "Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful" (KVN). The corresponding entry was entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) on February 5, 2024.

Prior to that, Maslyakov Jr. owned half of the company, 25.5% in AMiK belonged to his father, Alexander Vasilyevich Maslyakov, 24.5% - to his mother, Svetlana Maslyakova.

Yes, he [Alexander Maslyakov - the youngest] was given the rights. And we are resting. Because Alexander Alexandrovich is a young man, 44 years old, let him work, he already works.

According to Svetlana Maslyakova, the decision was made a long time ago. The inheritance in any case would have passed to Maslyakov Jr., she said.

Naturally, all this would still pass to him. And we also have enough to work, let it work, - added Maslyakova.

By the beginning of February 2024, Alexander Maslyakov Sr. was 82 years old, he worked as a leading KVN for more than 40 years.^[1]

1990-2013

TTO "AMiK" was founded in March 1990 as a creative team that united some of the young employees of the editorial office of programs for youth of Central Television around A.V. Maslyakov, who was the permanent president of TTO, the host and head of all programs produced. The main transmission of TTO all these years was KVN. From September 2006 to February 2013, Naum Barulya, who previously worked as the director of the KVN television program, held the position of General Director of TTO AMiK. In 2013, Alexander Maslyakov Jr., son of Alexander Vasilyevich Maslyakov, became the general director of TTO Amik LLC.
