Firm Maria-RA (IBM Cognos Planning)

In Maria-Ra company, the large retailer numbering 174 shops system implementation of IBM Cognos Planning is complete. Project works were performed by Nonolet Kit company. As a result of implementation formation of the consolidated budget of income and expenses is automated. The income and expenditure budget in a BPM system forms on the basis of the signed agreements and the fact of last periods taking into account standards and seasonality with automatic overhead allocation on shops. After budgeting and at its adjustments limits of articles for shops are unloaded in the accounting system, thus control of payments is exercised. For control of budget implementation with the necessary frequency actual data from the information systems used in the company are loaded.

The project was implemented in three months, now a system is in commercial operation. As a result of implementation the labor input of preparation of the budget decreased, influence of a human factor is minimized, the analysis of financial results became simpler.

In plans of the company to expand functionality of a system and to create the budget of cash flow in BPM.
