"Ювелирторг" changed old ERP for 1C 8

One of the largest retail networks in the Northwest on sale of jewelry products, "Yuvelirtorg", completed the project on replacement of an outdated ERP system on new, more productive. 1C Company acted as integrator of the project: Accounting and Trade (AT).

As told in BIT, rapid growth of Yuvelirtorga network and caused by it, as a result, growth of number of staff of the company became impulsive cause for upgrade of ERP. The task consisted in accelerating a personnel management process and payroll. While "the software products existing in the company did not suit company management in efficiency of data processing and reporting".

Earlier for several years of "Yuvelirtorg" used the system on 1C: Enterprise platform 7.7 installed by Sputnik company 101. It was used for automation of accounting, payroll, accounting of goods in retail network.

An old system on "seven" in Yuvelirtorge was decided to be replaced with the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Specialists of BIT company executed the project in three months, having automated 10 jobs. In a new system it is conducted now and accounting of insurance policies of compulsory health insurance and VHI, earlier in the company such opportunity was not.

As expected, "eight" allowed to accelerate personnel management processes considerably. As note in Yuvelirtorge, it is especially convenient to work with a new system in terms of changes of the legislation. Now it is not necessary to carry out completions according to the program as earlier, there is enough updating of standard functionality.

In general thanks to implementation of a new system based on "1C:Enterprise 8" the speed of payroll to over 600 employees of the company increased by 4 times, the reporting for state bodies is prepared twice quicker now, counted in Yuvelirtorge. Investments into the project of the party do not open.
