As part of this project, MIND Software used the MIND Migrate cross-platform migration and fault tolerance system of IT services, thanks to which virtual machines were transferred from the VMware platform to the Russian BeeCloud Stack platform. Beeline cloud announced the transition to the Russian virtualization platform

As Evgeny Karpov, CEO of vStack, noted, MIND Migrate differs from the traditional approach, in which a virtual machine is converted to a file and then imported to the platform. The MIND Software service offers an alternative mechanism that eliminates discreteness, which makes the migration process easier and faster, Karpov added.

According to Alexander Mikhalyuk, Director of Beeline Cloud Products, the company, thanks to its partnership with vStack and MIND Software, continued to launch domestic cloud products. Mikhalyuk stressed that the migration tool has significantly simplified the transition to the domestic virtualization platform from the VMware platform. For beeline cloud, as a service provider, it is important to provide not only a quality product, but also to provide a full service cycle, including consultations on moving to the cloud and supporting migration, he added.

The beeline cloud added that the project became relevant after the launch of a joint product with vStack - the BeeCloud Stack hyperconverged platform for building a virtual IT infrastructure.[1]
