The project team had the task of ensuring continuity of work at the time of migration, as well as transferring and storing historical business processes in the system. The application of the Scrum project methodology and the well-coordinated work of the teams, both on the part of the contractor and on the part of the customer, made it possible to launch the main business processes in an extremely short time. In order for the employees of Voronezh Transformer to start working in the system as early as possible, the first stage introduced the areas of sales management, warehouse, production, procurement, treasury and inventory management. They also integrated with related systems: "1S:ZUP" and "1C: Document Flow."

Within the framework of the project, a block of improvements was made, which made it possible to use the old terminology and codes in the 1C: ERP system, as well as use end-to-end numbering of internal documents with the continuation of numbers from the foreign accounting system. In addition, a multifunctional desktop was developed for sales managers, which greatly facilitated the work with documents and allowed you to see a complete picture of the current interaction with customers. This increased productivity and reduced data errors.

As a result, the 1C:ERP system significantly accelerated the process of budgeting and preparation of management reports throughout the company, as well as in certain business areas and made it possible to optimize the staff, redistributing resources to more important tasks.
