2012-2020

In 2012, Evgeny Rostovtsev became the head of a credit institution that is part of the VEB group. During the work on the basis of the credit institution, fintech products were created, which are still successfully used today.

In mid-2020, as executive director, Yevgeny Rostovtsev joined the team of top managers of InfoWatch Group of Companies, which has doubled in terms of financial indicators and the number of employees in three years. Under his leadership, a vendor development strategy was formed, as well as a number of strategic initiatives were implemented.

2023

In 2023, Evgeny Rostovtsev joined NGR Softlab, moving to the company from the InfoWatch group. At NGR Softlab, he took the position of Executive Director.

2024: Appointment as CEO of NGR Softlab

On February 13, 2024, the Russian developer of information security solutions NGR Softlab announced the appointment of Yevgeny Rostovtsev as the new CEO of the company. In this position, he replaced Dmitry Pudov, who had headed the company since its inception.

After leaving the post of general director, Pudov took the position of deputy general director for strategic development of NGR Softlab and will focus on the development of the product line, bringing it to the market and the implementation of strategic projects, the company said.

As for Rostovtsev, as CEO of NGR Softlab, he will focus on the implementation of the company's new strategy, which provides for multiple revenue growth, an increase in the market share of products in key segments for NGR Softlab, scaling the operating model of the organization and sales development. The reasons for the personnel changes in the management in the company are not disclosed.
