BARS. Web Efficiency evaluation of Management

System "BARS. Web Efficiency evaluation of Management" was developed by BARS GROUP and released on the Russian market in 2009. Together with assessment of activity of OMSU she solves the problems connected with assessment of activity of executive authorities (according to the Decree of the Russian President of 6/28/2007 N 825). As well as many other solutions of BARS GROUP, this system it is created on the platform of BARS.web Codes. Characteristics of this family of software solutions are remote access via the web interface, the centralized information storage, the multidimensional analysis and existence of visualization tools.

Solution "BARS. Web Efficiency evaluation of Management" is drawing, and its deployment in scales of the region does not represent complexity. Technical procedures (such as installation of the database, deployment of a server part) do not require considerable labor and time expenditure at implementation.

The functionality of a system in the summer of 2011 is most expanded for formation of summary reports on performance indicators of executive authorities. "BARS. Web Efficiency evaluation of Management" is integrated with the systems of territorial authorities of statistics and the Management State Automated System system, thus, during all reporting period, daily data loading from the federal systems in a system "was made by BARS. Web Efficiency evaluation of Management". At changes in measure values, responsible bodies automatically received the notification on the made corrections on e-mail.

The structure of analytical reports is considerably expanded. Now a system allows to create reports for the analysis of absolute deviations and growth rates on each indicator and also comparative analytical reports for comparison of the data obtained when loading from different sources.

The next stage of monitoring of data will be carried out after the statement of indicators on each subject by the Decree of the Russian President No. 825. At this stage specialists of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan will be given an opportunity to study the maximum, minimum and mean value on each indicator, in comparison with data of other regions of the Russian Federation loaded into a system "by BARS. Web Efficiency evaluation of Management".

In a system it will also be possible to browse the place of the region in rating on each indicator of a form, according to the Decree of the Russian President No. 825 and mean value of each indicator across the territory of the Russian Federation.
