The BARS GROUP performed the project on creation of an information and analytical system "Efficiency evaluation of municipal management in the Republic of Tatarstan" (further – IAS of OEMU RT, a system). Now she solves problems of control of indicators of social and economic development of municipalities and quality of work of local government authorities. The drawing solution "BARS became a basis for creation of a system . Web Efficiency evaluation of Management". In the course of system deployment in Tatarstan careful approval of functionality of the solution of managerial practice of the region was carried out.

Implementation
Solution "BARS. Web Efficiency evaluation of Management" was implemented within a month. Also matched data are entered, the summary report is created.

Informatization using IAS of OEMU RT provided a number of advantages which significantly facilitated process of collecting and data analysis on all indicators.

All departments involved in process of monitoring and efficiency evaluation of OMSU work in unified software environment with the general regulations of interaction. After creation of an information and analytical system "Efficiency evaluation of municipal management in the Republic of Tatarstan" disappeared need to exchange files of the Excel format via e-mail, and then to reduce and check data manually.
