2024: Expansion of the functionality of the IS OFD "Tier"

The functionality of the information system based on 1C: ERP has been expanded at Yarus LLC. The contractor of the project was the company "Axioma-Soft," whose representatives announced this on February 13, 2024.

According to them, the implementation of the project helped the company "Tier" by 50% reduce the labor costs of employees and by 30% speed up the processing of documents. As a result of the implementation of the 1C:ERP system, 20 automated workplaces were created.

Prior to the implementation of the project, business processes in Yarus LLC were partially automated. For example, users of the information system had to manually enter details in the document "Receipt of services and other assets," enter requests for payment. In addition, employees independently controlled payments for each act and processed debit documents from the current account.

In this regard, it was necessary to reduce the time for processing primary documentation, as well as increase the speed of creating documents: "Customer Order," "Sale of Goods and Services," "Receipt of Services and Other Assets," "Request for Spending Funds."

For this, the functionality of the existing information system OFD "Tier" was expanded on the basis of the software product 1CERP":. Enterprise Management. "

Among the key results of the project is the implementation of the possibility of group creation of requests for payment on the basis of "Receipt of services and other assets." Also, in one window, the fulfillment of obligations for all periods and settlements with suppliers was monitored. When loading a bank statement, the required dimensions when paying from a customer began to be automatically substituted. In addition, the document forms for large customers of the customer were improved: displaying PHM in the product name, filling in special additional fields for large customers of the customer and power of attorney details in XML format.
