2023: Development of Football Club Activity Licensing Module

The company "FORCE - Development Center" (FORS GROUP) ensured the automation of the licensing processes of football clubs carried out (Russian Football Union RFU). To do this, a special module "Licensing" was developed, which is part of the customer's digital platform (RFS.TP). The project was implemented at. DBMS PostgreSQL

During the development, all stages of repeated processes for issuing licenses to clubs were converted into digital format, including the formation of criteria for compliance and the necessary composition of supporting information and documents, preparation and submission of applications for licensing] their consideration by experts and assessment of correctness, processing and decision-making. In order to realize the possibility of flexibly changing the set of necessary documents and criteria for obtaining each type of license, it was necessary to create a prolicense designer that allows you to take into account the specific requirements for different competitions in different seasons.

The results of the project were an increase in productivity, a reduction in labor costs and the timing of the examination, the elimination of many errors related to the human factor, the implementation of automated appointment of experts and notification of participants about key events and dates. Information security and the protection of confidential club data is ensured in the developed system due to the strict delineation of access rights with a flexibly configurable role model.
