Dynamics has implemented a CRM system in Primsotsbank that helps to digitize the entire sales process. The solution systematized customer information to create marketing campaigns and streamlined the process of interaction between the client and the bank. This was announced on February 16, 2024 by representatives of the company "Dynamics."

Thanks to Dynamika CRM, Primsotsbank was able to optimize marketing campaigns. The solution allows you to segment customers based on their information and conduct advertising campaigns in different channels individually for each segment. This approach has increased campaign conversion and product sales to both current customers and new customers.

According to the bank, the implementation of the CRM system from Dynamics streamlined the relations of employees with customers. Now the process from the identification of an interest to the conclusion of a contract is built in the form of a sequence of tasks that are assigned to an employee in a single window. This reduces the risk of customers "loss" and reduces the time spent on the transaction, as well as increases the number of potential customers of the bank who reach the transaction.

Through marketing campaigns, Primsotsbank began to identify more interested in buying customers, and by standardizing the sales process, these customers more often reach the conclusion of the deal. Together, these positive changes improve the quality and efficiency of sales divisions, noted in "Dynamics."

Cooperation between Primsotsbank and Dynamics continues. As of February 2024, work is actively underway to implement new solutions, as well as finalize and optimize existing projects.
