Newell Rubbermaid

The Newell Rubbermaid multinational corporation is founded at the end of the 19th century. Its main office is in Atlanta (USA), branches are located in many cities of America and Europe. The corporation owns different trademarks, both commercial goods, and consumer goods: Parker, Waterman, PaperMate, etc.

The Russian representative office of Newell Rubbermaid is Sanford LLC. In 2010 the company management made the decision on implementation of the modern software product intended for formation of financial statements according to the international standards US GAAP. Functionality of the software used at that time on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform did not conform to the growing requirements to a system.

Staff of the company had to resort regularly to the help of third-party specialists for additional setup of the program, at the same time preliminary planning of similar works was impossible. The lack of necessary flexibility of the used program and also some other its defects are decided to be eliminated using a new automated system.
