"Klient-Communicator: Management of the BTL agency" allows:

  • manage process of active sales, both at the planning level and the reporting, and at the level of the informative analysis of results;

  • manage promoters, estimate quality of work, plan and control their loading and payments;
  • control sense of duty of personnel;
  • control profitability of separate projects and business in general;
  • plan budgets of the company and analyze their execution.

Innovations in BTL functionality:

1. Documents and Projects are separated - Promotion actions are made out now, not as documents, and as projects - it became more usual for the terminology which settled in the industry. In the section of Projects there is an opportunity to plan stages, to fix labor input of works of own employees (managers, coordinators and so forth) and also to register team members of the project, both from our party, and from client side.

2. Booking and the schedule of work on outlets was added - there Was an opportunity to keep account of all outlets and just venues of actions. For each outlet the binding to the partner who books it is fixed. Also the price list on booking for each outlet on which outlets can automatically be calculated in projects, both in the prices to "client", and when settlings with the contractor is kept. There is a convenient OLAP analysis on planning - when what outlet, at how many o'clock is involved and who is her supervisor. With automatic recalculation of results on different cuts.

3. The register of partners is separated into clients and contractors - independent classification of contractors by functions and competences, the list of the booked venues of actions, regional opportunities and so forth Is implemented.

4. All positions in the estimate become attached to the region/city - Thus, it is possible to create automatically the estimate on each city with any set of services in it. It including allows to estimate profitability of holding actions on each region.

5. Training management of promo-personnel is implemented - Trainings of promoters can be provided as in a binding to the project, and just within the general advanced training. The schedule of use a training hall and registration of participants with fixation in the history of training of each promoter is kept.

6. The schedule of work of promo-personnel is implemented - the Schedule forms in a binding to venues of the project. It is also possible to fix daily a number of hours of work of each promoter or supervisor. On the basis of these data sheets with payroll automatically form.

7. Now in one project it is possible to conduct work both with the promo-personnel, and with contractors - During the work with contractors planning of time work of their promoters usually is not made. Besides, their pofamilny account is not kept. For this purpose the project can be calculated according to the scheme of work with contractors.
