The Gazprom hotel implements Отель&СПА

Specialists of The Concept Grew company entering into West Concept Holding started the project on creation of the complex information management system by Отель&СПА hotel complex in five-star hotel "Grand Hotel Glade". Creation of the effective information system allowing to exercise full-fledged control of all divisions of hotel became a project objective.

The project will be implemented in several stages. Within the first stage of the project accounting and tax accounting, payroll, settlement with suppliers and clients, an inventory control, production and calculation of cost value will be automated. Integration with the hotel and restaurant systems installed in hotel with a specialized salary system, unloading of data from several old systems will be also made.

Also during the project the features connected with requirements to accounting of head company JSC Gazprom will be considered.

The project is going to be implemented in 3 months. The cumulative number of users of a system will make 50 people.
