2024: PIX RPA Platform Implementation Plan
Gazprombank is implementing a project to introduce software robots to automate routine processes. The target platform for robotizing processes was the Russian PIX RPA platform. PIX Robotics (Peaks Robotics) was reported on February 21, 2024.
The bank is systematically developing RPA technology, as well as the Robot for Everyone concept, which implies two areas - the development of autonomous robots and digital personal assistants.
When choosing a domestic RPA platform, along with functionality, the prospects for the development of the platform were also studied. As a result, PIX RPA was chosen as the target platform for robotization on domestic software.
We were looking not just for an RPA platform to replace the departed vendors, but for a partner with whom we will develop software robotization technologies in the bank and in the industry in general. Therefore, they carefully approached the study of the presented RPA solutions on the Russian market. PIX Robotics has a clear positioning and development strategy, and is also improving its product in response to market requests, "said Tatyana Svidunovich, First Vice President, Gazprombank. |
In 2024, it is planned to adapt the capabilities of the product in accordance with the requests of the bank.
The Gazprombank team very carefully approached the choice of the Russian RPA platform, and in 2023 we, including thanks to competent and feedback from colleagues, seriously pumped the functionality and performance of PIX RPA. However, for the PIX team, this is just the beginning of a joint journey with Gazprombank, there are many ambitious goals ahead and everyday work proving the right choice of the customer, "said Olga Mamina, Lead Account Manager, PIX Robotics. |
The partner for integration, further training and support of the project will be the company "First Bit."
We have developed a dedicated REFramework for PIX RPA projects, a methodology for implementing and testing robots for various business processes. Against the background of growing requests for digitalization and low unemployment, we believe that robots will be more relevant than ever. We are glad that our team will help Gazprombank in mastering the software robotization platform, which will strengthen them and our own expertise, - said Samir Ilyasov, head of the development department of BI, DWH and RPA, First Bit. |
