2024: Transition to "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.0"
IT integrator "First Bit" has completed a project to transfer the company "Horsch Rus," a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, from "1C: Integrated Automation 2.5" to "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.0." This was announced by "First Bit" on February 22, 2024.
Our project team has extensive experience in implementing complex automation projects, including the tasks of calculating costs and planning production. Each production area is unique, so a planning approach ideal for one production may not be applicable for the other. Traceability of production is key to effective management. It allows you not only to see each stage, but also to influence the speed of manufacture and the cost of production, - commented Ivan Prilipko, head of the automation project Horsch Rus, First Bit Office Voronezh. |
He noted that before the start of the project, First Bit experts always study the customer's business processes in detail.
This allows us to synchronize expectations from the implementation results and launch the project in stages, in accordance with the customer's priorities, "said Prilipko. |
HORSCH is the world manufacturer of agricultural machinery, Horsch Rus LLC is the official representative office of the company that has been producing HORSCH tillage and sowing machines since 2010.
Before implementation: the 1C ERP company used "1C: Integrated automation 2.5" without a production planning unit. Production planning was carried out in the parent company HORSCH () Germany in, and in SAP LLC "Horsch Rus" data only reflected.
The company lacked tools for operational planning, sales analysis and procurement control. Information about orders and sales was scattered, duplicated in Excel, which took a lot of time and was not convenient.
To effectively manage the business, operational tools were needed to plan, analyze and monitor all processes.
The transition to "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" allowed:
- Take full account of the production process using the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 capabilities and developed improvements in the system;
- plan the production process taking into account the deadlines for the execution of production stages, the deadlines for the purchase of materials and components to minimize supply disruptions to customers;
- Calculate the planned cost estimate before the start of production of finished products, which makes it possible to assess the profitability of production;
- carry out a plan of actual analysis of the finished product output and obtain a reliable cost of batches of manufactured products.
Also within the framework of the project, the AWS "Production Schedule," "Machine Turnover Report" were developed, which allow you to quickly obtain information on ensuring the release of finished products and a complete analysis of the customer order and related orders to the supplier both in terms of materials and in terms of work.
