2024: Meeting automation

The Russian Football Union with Digital Design has automated the processes of holding meetings of the Executive Committee and committees. The organization has introduced an information system of collegial bodies "Areopad" (ISCO "Areopad"). This was announced by Digital Design on February 28, 2024.

The boxed version of the decision closed the needs of the RFU in creating a single information space for holding meetings in full-time and absentee forms, as well as when a certain number of participants are connected to the meeting remotely due to employment. Work in the system is possible in a mobile application on iOS or Android and through the web interface.

Administrative employees use Areopad to maintain a calendar and appoint meetings, invite participants, upload materials on the issues under consideration, control the voting results, configure rights, assign passwords to confidential information, form documents according to the template: protocols, summonses, notifications, statements, questionnaires.

Members of collegial bodies view in the system summary information about meetings, work with materials, including the heading "commercial secret," participate in voting, leave a special opinion on the subject of discussion. In a mobile application, users can create annotations to documents, work both in the presence of a permanent connection to the server, and in offline mode.
