In Comstar-Direkt Ltd Oracle Waveset system implementation is complete.

Project Tasks

Main objectives of creation of the automated control system for accounts in COMSTAR-Direkt are standardization and unification of business processes, ensuring secure access of users to information resources and gain of control of maintaining accounts in divisions of the operator.

As a technology platform for implementation the solution Oracle Waveset is selected. The implementer in the project defines SITRONICS IT company.

Before the beginning

At a stage of preproject works the SITRONICS IT command carried out the large-scale analysis of the existing business processes of the operator, algorithms of formation of attributes of accounts, password the politician, and also information systems for the subsequent integration into Oracle Waveset.

Requirements COMSTAR: system implementation in the background, without entering of delays into work of users; creation of mechanisms of notifications and reporting; inclusion in Oracle Waveset of data on the role model of access isolation admitted to the companies; synchronization of the accounting records existing before implementation of Oracle Waveset with a new system; an exception of duplication and removal of the accounting records which do not have the owner.

Result

Specialists SITRONICS IT provided the centralized accomplishment corporate the politician COMSTAR-Direkt regarding management of access rights of employees to information systems. The unrolled system completely meets the requirements of the telecom operator and allows to manage effectively lifecycle of each account of the employee from the moment of his employment and before dismissal. Within the project integration with eleven systems functioning in COMSTAR-Direkt is implemented.
