2024: Agreement with Positive Technologies to improve the quality of education

Positive Technologies signed a cooperation agreement with the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University (KSTU). The parties agreed on strategic partnership and cooperation in the field of improving the quality of education and training in the field of information security. Positive Technologies reported this on February 28, 2024.

The agreement provides for the connection of students and teachers of KSTU to the educational platform Positive Technologies, within the framework of which assistance is provided to Russian and foreign universities in the training of personnel in the field of cybersecurity, as well as to the Standoff 365 platform, which includes cyber polygon, bagbanuti programs and specialized events. In addition, within the framework of the cooperation, joint scientific research, participation in thematic forums and the organization of student internships are planned.

With the growing number of cyber threats, the dynamic information security market in Central Asia is experiencing a shortage of professional personnel. Our company, which produces solutions for effective protection, also has experience in developing personnel. The agreement with KSTU creates the necessary conditions so that we can share our knowledge and experience with novice specialists in Kyrgyzstan. University teachers are already being trained at our school of cybersecurity teachers, "said Dmitry Schleifer, director of business development at Positive Technologies in the CIS.
