The specialists of the First Bit had important tasks: it was necessary to reduce access to personal data, thereby providing an opportunity to comply with the 152-FZ - the Law on Personal Data, and provide the fastest update to the current versions.

The company "Moskabel-Fudzhikura" required the introduction of a program with advanced functionality for the "Salary and Personnel" unit. Personal and user data stored in the system required protection and security of use.

To achieve the set goals, the specialists of the First Bit recommended that Moskabel-Fudzhikuras bring the Salary and Personnel block into a separate configuration - 1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1 KPP, regardless of 1C:ERP.

After examining the business processes of the enterprise, the experts of the First Bit switched to the implementation of the program and the transfer of data to the new system.

During the final phase of work and the launch of the IT system, the First Bit team trained Moskabel-Fudzhikura employees to work in the program.

Program 1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1 KOP, allows you to select and manage the company's personnel, calculate and pay wages of almost any complexity. At the same time, the system complies with the requirements of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Personal Data." Maintaining accounting in a separate configuration increases the security of access to personal data.
