2024: Development of a pilot version of the analytical interface

GMCS, within the framework of the Digital Sandbox project, has developed a pilot version of the analytical interface for the Russian Football Union (RFU), the use of which allows you to optimize the load of Russian national football team players during training camps. GMCS announced this on February 29, 2024.

This analytical tool ensures the exchange of data on training and playing loads between the coaches of the Russian national football teams and the clubs whose players participate in the training camp and games. This allows you to better plan loads and more accurately predict the level of readiness of football players when planning training and games.

The analytical interface is designed to meet the needs of the coaching staff: graphs and other simple ways of visualizing information for intuitive perception are used.

The solution is designed on the basis of Python, and PostgreSQL is used as a database. The main source of data on football players is the Russian Federation. The main platform with which the integration is carried out.

Digital sandbox is one of our projects for testing and piloting hypotheses about the demand for digital services. The project was implemented in accordance with the "digital partner" service, which we provide to customers to speed up the development and launch of internal projects and products. With this approach, the degree of immersion in the customer's business processes is maximum, and due to the accumulated industry expertise, we can quickly respond to any changes. For 2023, we constantly analyzed feedback from clubs and coaches, on the basis of which the analytical interface was finalized. As a result, the service has become not only more convenient, but also more flexible due to the fact that club representatives can independently adjust the data, - said Maria Venediktova, vice president of GMCS.
