Pots Offices (1C: Trade Management 8)

The ASP-Avtomatization group completed the project of automation of trade and management accounting in the company of "Pots Offices".

Bases, choice, solution

For further development, the company of "Pots Offices" set as the purpose improvement of quality of work with consumers.

Before the company management had no information access on products remaining balance in warehouses and in shops. Orders had to be made "blindly" that led to overstocking. Paper data exchange, between shops and the main office, required about a week.

The decision on transition to more modern system which would allow to automate trade processes and operational accounting in a complex, to adjust data exchange between shops and the central office was made.

The decision on implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 program was made. This application solution allowed to automate and make effective work of sales department, purchasing department and outlets.

As the partner in system implementation the ASP-Avtomatization company is selected.

Results

More than seventy jobs are automated, functioning of eleven shops and the main office, in the unified information system is ensured.

The 1C: Trade Management 8 system is implemented, integration with online store is configured.

As result - employee performance of the company and customer service quality increased. The company management timely obtains data on profitability of the enterprise thanks to what control of price and assortment policy is quickly exercised.
