Content

The company NPK Diakont LLC automated access to the documents with the help ECM- systems eDocLib. The project was implemented by the company "Medialux".

Basis and tasks

Before the library of Diakont company consisted of paper documents and separate electronic files. The employees who are in a business trip had to request necessary information on e-mail. Therefore the main objective of an implementation project of eDocLib was the organization to scientific and technical documentation and documents on the performed works, using as the centralized access, and remote.

Solution

Feature of the project - speed and simplicity of the solution, a task, relevant for each enterprise. In total works on start of edoclibzanyali eight hours on data collection and processing and eight more - on setup of a system.

About the Project

In a system ten jobs work. The library of knowledge of the company is organized that allows to control new documents, changes on existing that is relevant in the conditions of constantly changing standards and the renewed standards, work-related the companies.

Data retrieval is run according to details of documents and also in the text of the attached files. The information access is provided as from a local network of the company, and far off.

Project Results

Within the project on the basis of the basic eDocLib configuration document types on registration of scientific and technical documentation (GOST, Construction Norms and Regulations, methodical materials, technical requirements, etc.) and on registration of the performed works are configured. In the document data on the agreement, terms of works, the object list of the partner on which works, etc. were performed are fixed. Remote access to a system from the Internet is also configured; the subject heading list according to a tree of folders, usual for users, in which documents were stored earlier, and for each user – the folders "New Documents", "The Changed Documents" in which the new and changed documents automatically are included. Import to a system about 3 thousand documents is carried out. Now document retrieval is possible both according to details, and according to contents of the attached files. It is possible to find documents by means of search queries and by means of the subject heading list.
