2024: Implementation of KEDO

The company for the production and sale of cheese products Natura has introduced the HRlink platform for the transfer of personnel workflow to electronic format. Due to the refusal of paper in HR, the manufacturer significantly simplified the reporting process on business trips, and also reduced the risks of non-signing documents on time. HRlink (Innovations in Human Resources Management) announced this on March 1, 2024.

Natura management closely monitored the progress Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RUSSIAN FEDERATION of the paper rejection experiment in personnel workflow. After the regulatory framework was created for the transition to, and the personnel EDO first successful cases appeared on the market, the company decided to introduce a new tool into the office.

At the first stage of the transition to electronic document management in HR, Natura tried to solve the problem on its own: specialists within the company issued electronic signatures to all employees - UKEP. However, at the stage of developing a platform for working with documents, it became clear that a ready-made service was needed.

The choice was stopped at HRlink, whose managers demonstrated the most customer-oriented approach. In addition, HRlink has the ability to integrate with most of the popular IT platforms on the market, including the "1C" version of Natura.

The transition to the HRlink service took a month. The company already had experience with electronic signatures, so the process of training and adapting employees to a new IT solution went smoothly. All questions regarding the security of personal data storage in the cloud were explained by the HRlink manager.

Natura has long wanted to modernize HR document management, making HR processes even easier and more comfortable for employees. With the transition to personnel EDO, they no longer need to make copies of the application and business trip order for accounting - all departments have constant access to the originals. Many times faster, newcomers get acquainted with local regulations, which are now stored in one place. In addition, KEDO is about discipline. Now we can better control the signing of documents in order to draw them up exactly within the deadlines established by law, "said Yulia Shakhova, HRM Natura Pro.

The functionality of HR departments should not be limited to monotonous work with personnel documentation. Due to the transition to electronic document management, companies save dozens of hours of HR specialists weekly. They can use this time to solve strategically important tasks: for example, the formation of onboarding programs, personal work with employees or the development of a corporate culture within the organization, "added Dmitry Makhlin, partner and development director of HRlink.
