2024: Transition to 1S:ZKGU "and" 1S:BGU "

The Rostov Regional Court refused manual reporting in favor of "1S:ZKGU" and "1C: BSU." Gandalf announced this on March 1, 2024.

The Rostov Regional Court considers complaints against the decisions of lower courts, and also acts as the first instance in some complex cases. Most often, these are disputes with the state listed in Article 20 of the Code of Administrative Procedure (CAS of the Russian Federation): administrative cases related to state secrets, challenging regulatory legal acts, cases on the disbandment of election commissions, etc.

Previously, the organization used one program product "Parus Accounts department 7.71." But not so long ago, it was removed from service by the developer and stopped receiving updates, which made it difficult to keep records. In addition, the court kept personnel records in a separate program, and the reports had to be collected manually.

To bring accounting in line with the requirements, the court staff turned to GANDALF. The specialists were tasked with transferring data from Parus to 1C: Payroll and Personnel of a State Institution, ed. 3.1 and 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8, ed. 2.0, which were also purchased from this contractor.

The task was complicated by the fact that the transfer had to be carried out between programs with different occupancy. In addition to the balances according to the 01.01.2023, it was necessary to postpone the turnover of 2023.

The contractor's specialists have drawn up a phased plan for the implementation of the product and have developed a methodology for switching to 1C. For high-quality work, scripts were designed and implemented for the automatic transfer of billing data to 1C: ZKGU, algorithms for calculating charges according to the specifics of the institution were described and worked out. And also created scripts for transferring data for calculating average earnings and prescribed the methodology for calculating the EPS (Unified Judges' Manual). To be transferred to "1S:BGU," they described the correspondence of directories, ledgers, accounting accounts and subcontos to them.

Thanks to the transition to 1C programs, our employees have significantly decreased their manual work. Now automation is responsible for documents and operations. The ability to keep all records in one program is also pleasing - it has become much easier to collect reports for sending to regulatory authorities,
said Rozhkovskaya Julia Alexandrovna, chief accountant of the Rostov Regional Court.
