Expansion of the customer base and problem of quality improvement of service resulted in need of implementation of a new system. As the platform it was selected by Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The partner in implementation selected Dream-Consult company which proposed the most complete solution meeting requirements of bank.

System implementation lasted 3 months. On project finish the Chairman of the board of VESTA Investment Bank Victor Zhidkov said: "Using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system we managed to raise the qualitative level of customer relations, having increased performance of work of managers, customer service of bank began to be carried out more systemically, financial and quantitative indices improved.

Within the project, the Dream-Consult company could create the uniform customer base, the including detailed information on each corporate client and his history of interaction with bank at all stages of cooperation. Sales process of banking products was automated. Integration of the CRM system and the core banking system CFT Bank is carried out. Are integrated Microsoft CRM and call center of Avaya IP Office. The bank staff was trained in work with a new system. "Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM allowed to integrate different activities of bank in a common information space and laid the foundation for further development of the main activities of bank", - Fominenkov Sergey, the head of CRM of the Dream-Consult direction noted.
