In Chuvashia, launched a single storage of all state money

A single repository of all state money has been launched in Chuvashia. This was announced on February 28, 2024 at the Republican Ministry of Digital Development, Information Policy and Mass Communications, which commissioned this project.

The digital solution that made it possible to launch a data lake in the region was developed by ASoft21. As stated in the Chuvash Ministry of Digital Development, thanks to this project, state and municipal employees will no longer have problems with collecting information from different sources, gaining access to data from other departments.

Entry into the data lake is carried out through the Regional Information System of Interdepartmental Interaction of the Chuvash Republic (RSMV). This is a single platform for placing all regional sets and data marts. It implements two parts:

• closed. Industry data warehouses are created here, which are integrated with the National Data Management System (NDMS) through a system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. This technology helps officials to quickly exchange data, and residents to receive public services in a short time. For example, a window request can confirm whether a person is a regional beneficiary or not in a matter of seconds;
• Open: It is a database, access to which is also regulated through the settings of the regional showcase. This includes data from the closed part, but already in an impersonal form. This allows you to form summary analytical information on the data contained in the storefronts. High-quality analytics is critical in the development of development strategies for industries, state programs and in general for tracking the socio-economic indicators of the region.

All executive bodies and municipalities of Chuvashia, as well as their subordinate organizations, are connected to the RSMV.^[1]
