Spectec will help a water utility of Tyumen to implement TRIM-PMS

The Omsk representative office of NPP Spectec started implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs in Tyumen Vodokanal LLC. Works are carried out in the mode of standard implementation, on the basis of the TRIM-PMS complex.

Processes of maintenance and repair (MRO) of the equipment of the enterprise affect uninterrupted operation of supply with water of residents of Tyumen, water quality and also efficiency of assignment and sewage treatment. Therefore to the level of the MRO organization high requirements which will become tougher further in process of implementation at the enterprise of programs of risk reduction, resource-saving and the three-year comprehensive program of reliability augmentation of a system of cold water supply and water disposal are imposed. Costs for a MRO require transparent accounting, the analysis, objective planning and control as they join in rates of the company. The information management system for which creation the software package TRIM-PMS will be used should become the tool of the solution of the specified tasks in the field of a MRO.

The program and methodical TRIM-PMS complex is developed by NPP Spectec company on the basis of EAM/MRO system of TRIM. The TRIM-PMS complex is a set of the program and methodical means, interconnected and ready to use, integrated by the uniform concept of the organization, carrying out, assessment and the analysis of a MRO. It is the standard platform for the organization of management of a MRO at the enterprise with rather small repair (service) service. This product is initially focused on economic implementations at such enterprises. The fixed feature set, software setups, forms of the reporting, the measured indicators and tools of the analysis of the MRO system provided in TRIM-PMS allows to apply standard techniques of implementation, to limit amounts of works and terms.

Such standard project of implementation of the information management system of a MRO was started by the Omsk representative office of NPP Spectec. The TRIM-PMS complex with the license for 8 users is already delivered to the customer. In November, 2010 specialists of NPP Spectec conducted two-day courses for users and express inspection according to the results of which the specification on creation of the database will be developed, and templates for collection of data on the equipment, nodes and spare parts, on scheduled works of a MRO, organizational and regular structure, etc. are approved. After collection of information specialists of Spectec will fill with it the database, and will deliver it to the Customer. It is going to complete project works until the end of 2010.
