The Mogilev regional FSZN expands scope of EDMS

In Mogilev regional management of Fund of social protection of the population the project of workflow automation extends based on EDMS "CASE". The project is provided by the company RUP "Center of Electronic Document Management" of BGU.

Solution

In 2010 the management of the Mogilev regional management of FSZN makes the decision on expansion of a circle of users of a system for what additional jobs of EDMS are purchased.

Necessary works on inspection of a system of documentary providing the Mogilev FSZN are carried out, tuning of hardware and the software is performed. Four remote divisions are connected to work with an electronic document management system: October and Mogilev district departments, Lenin district departments No. 1 and No. 2, - and also the staff of departments of central office of the Mogilev FSZN.

Nuances

Setup of a system consisted in filling of system reference books, determination of user rights, implementation of user preferences of a system. User training was provided on the basis of the instructions developed for them. For convenience of work of users different output forms on document flow were specially developed, tested and set in workplaces. Further it is going to provide users with first technical support on all arising questions.
