On March 13, 2024, SP.ARM presented the qMS information system "Early Care and Comprehensive Rehabilitation." The introduction of the solution in the regions will allow a digital transformation of the field of rehabilitation and habilitation, bring it to the next level, as well as build interdepartmental interaction. It is one of the first information systems to provide an integrated approach to integrating early child development and subsequent rehabilitation care services. The solution was developed jointly with the ANO DPO "St. Petersburg Institute of Early Intervention," the Federal Scientific Center for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People named after G. A. Albrecht and the Association of the Professional Community and Parental Organizations for the Development of Early Care.

As reported, as of March 2024, 99.8% of children need medical rehabilitation in Russia, 97.8% need social rehabilitation, and another 62.3% need psychological and pedagogical assistance. In adults, the indicators are about the same level, only they still need rehabilitation.

The information system qMS "Early assistance to children and comprehensive rehabilitation" is based on the technology of providing early care services and comprehensive rehabilitation, and the IFF reference book. The organization of collection and storage of structured quality data makes it possible to optimize systems for supporting clinical decision-making and conduct remote support of each case. The solution contains more than 50 basic ICF sets for automating the selection of categories, automatically generates a categorical profile based on the results of the assessment, uses a multi-and interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation, objectifies monitoring of the child's condition. It works as an autonomous rehabilitation system and as part of the MIS. Also, qMS "Early Care and Comprehensive Rehabilitation" opens access to the register of organizations and specialists, allows you to participate in the development of a regulatory framework. Heads of institutions can use the system to conduct the necessary audit, generate analytical and statistical reports, control all business processes, as well as the quality of the services provided.
