On March 18, 2024, MTS PJSC announced the launch of a telecom platform that provides ecosystem companies with the ability to manage the resources and services of the telecom industry. Telecom Platform consists of several parts: assessing the consumption of services and products online, as well as managing, providing and activating services and resources, a subscriber profile. The platform consists of autonomous streams that are complementary to each other and external storefronts. The first for clients will be adapted personal configuration capabilities Internet voice and traffic.
Telecom Platform allows you to create opportunities for ecosystem development, launch personalized offers for customers, as well as offer existing telecom customers ecosystem products without the need to switch to new tariffs. The platform also provides reliability and reduced time to build and bring new products to market to 75% by 2025. Due to the reuse of the implemented capabilities, the optimization of labor costs for new products can be up to 40%.
Historically, the company's telecommunications services were based on the Foris system using external software.
