2024: Start of implementation of the Aircraft 10D platform
The Samolet Group has entered into an agreement with Strana Development to introduce the Aircraft 10D IT platform. Within the framework of the Airplane project, it fully automates the supply process, and will also provide consulting services for building control over the supply function. The expected economic effect from the introduction of the product in the first year alone will be about 70 million rubles. The Samolet Group announced this on March 19, 2024.
The project is designed for 5 years, for March 2024 it is at the pilot stage, and in the middle of the year the scaling of the solution for all divisions of Country Development will begin. A joint team of specialists will work on the implementation - more than 30 people.
The Aircraft 10D platform is designed to control and automate the entire construction cycle and includes 38 connected modules that cover any needs - construction from design to rental of apartments. The integrated Purchasing Management solution consists of several modules and is responsible for ordering, material planning, and supply coordination. It allows you to work with a wider network of suppliers, which increases choice and competition, as well as positively affects price reduction and quality improvement. Data protection product is provided through a multi-level security system, which includes static analysis of code vulnerabilities, real-time monitoring and filtering requests to prevent network attacks, as well as the use of other tools. Procurement Management removes the main issues of the supply department: is the order placed in a timely manner and how many materials will be at the construction site. This level of predictability of purchases significantly increases the efficiency of work. Its impact on the OTIF indicator, which clearly illustrates the timeliness and completeness of delivery volumes, can be estimated at about 60%. Also, after the implementation of the solution, the timing of approval of distribution letters is reduced from 35 to seven days.
