Project Description
GMCS, the partner of BOSS. Personnel systems company, and the Russian representative office of Lafarge, one of the world's largest producers of construction materials, signed the agreement on complex technical support of the automated control system for personnel of Lafarge based on the BOSS-personnel officer. The starting project assumes complete IT outsourcing of a HR system of customer company, including its administration, development and modification and also consultation of users.
Under the terms of the agreement GMCS performs support of the information management system by personnel on three objects: at head office Lafarge in Moscow and the Voskresensktsement plants belonging to the company to Moscow area and Uraltsement in Chelyabinsk region.
Project Objective
The team of consultants of GMCS in online the mode executed request processing of users, entered monitoring of system operation for the purpose of warning of possible non-staff situations in its functioning. The sphere of responsibility of GMCS, in addition to support of a HR system, includes administration of the Oracle Database platform on which it is based. In addition within the project according to the corporate rules GMCS existing in Lafarge executed differentiation of user rights of a HR system taking into account their roles and ex-officio full powers. Such complex approach allows to guarantee high-quality and smooth operation of the Lafarge HR system.
In plans of Lafarge – to make a transfer of other affiliated enterprises in Russia on payroll and ensuring personnel actions in the BOSS-personnel officer, having integrated HR processes in a common information space. Thus, full-scale support of the automated control system for personnel of Lafarge completely will lay down on GMCS.
