Heineken (BOSS-personnel officer)

The IT company performs personnel management system implementation on the basis of software the BOSS-personnel officer for Heineken group in Russia. Now the stage of pilot system implementation at three enterprises was completed, and the replication stage at other Russian plants of group began.

Project Description

The management of the Russian representative office of Heineken made the decision on implementation of the new automated control system for personnel at the beginning of 2008. In March, 2008 the group held a competition on providing the corresponding software and services in its implementation. The IT company with the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system developed by BOSS. Personnel systems company won it (enters into IT group).

Project Progress

According to the plan the project was separated into three stages: pilot implementation and two consecutive replications on regional branches. The IT started the first stage in September, 2008. For several months specialists of IT executed system implementation on three pilot platforms in the city of St. Petersburg.

In the spring of 2009 the project passed into a phase of replication of an automated system at other 8 Heineken plants in Russia. By the beginning of 2010 it is planned that the single system of personnel management will cover all Russian enterprises of group. Automation will affect practically all main business personnel management processes: personnel records, payroll and taxes, privileges and compensations, selection, training and personnel development. A system will also cover functions on accounting obligatory and voluntary medical insurance, to accounting of overalls and automation of work of bureau of admissions. The total quantity of users of the automated control system of personnel by the end of implementation will reach about 200 employees.
